,the main ingredient of coated lamination overlay is Polyvinyl chloride .The coated overlay with a layer of thermal glue with which pvc printing sheet stick fast with the core, It’s essential function is to be covered in PVC cards from top to bottom layers .The heating and pressure from laminate lead to bright surface on the PVC card and strong adhesion between overlay and core.

Steps to make cards;

1,Put printing core and two overlay together ,then put into the laminator ,the temperature is determined as per the instruction of the machine ,Pls be noticed that all glue sides of both pvc sheets and overlay are put inward.

2,Usually the lamination lasts 10-15minutes ,The pressure is 6-8Mpa, The temperature is 120-140℃
